My son had pearl cysts I was like omg he getting teeth already!!! He was only a few weeks old!

They feel like teeth that haven't cut yet, I was convinced my little one had teeth too but the pediatrician checked it out and told me about pearl cysts. They aren't bad, doesn't bother the baby and the body reabsorbes them.

do they feel a certain way? because these feel like teeth, but they aren't cutting through so it could be what you've said. and they're not on the bottom either just top. @niana

Pearl cysts, my son had them at two months too.
