I formula feed my baby but I put her on boob off and on. but I don't think she ever gets anything or enough that's why I started giving her formula and she would also freak out after unlatching herself. I've pumped a few times but we have a manual one so it's a pain! what are good ways to make sure you're getting enough milk and they are getting what they need?

cluster feeding the more she's latched one the more Ur boob produces ... I also began using fenugreek vitamins there like 3 or 4 bucks at Walmart ☺ I don't pump I got to lazy after 8 months of it lol

Honestly just trust your body. Pumping isn't an indication of how much milk you produce, just how much you're able to pump. Baby may unlatch herself before she's actually done. Just put her back on the boob and continue. Trust in the boobs! They know what they're doing. So many women think they have a supply issue when there's no issue at all. They think they can't breast feed because of all sorts of reasons but most of the time there's not a problem, they're just worried there is one. The more you feed the more you make, so keep at it momma. You don't need to supplement unless your baby isn't gaining weight.

I started formula because she wouldn't re latch and freak out so I have her that so I know she was getting enough to eat.
or if she is still fussy after feeding I'll put her on boob and she usually calms down and passes out. I try squeezing my boobs in the shower and they still squirt so there is something still in them

the more she goes on and on schedule if you have one the more/better your milk will sustain itself. she knows how much she wants and with the bottle nipples it's a different flow from our nipples. pumping doesn't really indicate how much she gets, it's close enough guess though. try getting an electric pump that would be beneficial and try some lactation Smoothies and lactation cookies, those will help tremendously. @jazzy_kruger
