when do i go in to the hospital ? How long and how far apart are my contractions suppose to be ?

i heard its the rule of 411

4minutes apart

lasting 1 minute

for 1 hour

but i would go in if they are about 4 to 5 minutes lasting 30 seconds to a minute

I went in when mine was 5-7 apart. 😊

and i timed them for a bout ahour to make sire they all stayed withn that time frame.

mines are like all over some last like 4 whole minutes but are 5 min and some last 1-2 min and 12-13 min apart

I would wait a little longer.but tbh if your gut is telln you to go in go. bc I for sure thought I was gonna get check and just sent home and my water broke at the hospital and I was only dilated to a one!!! so if your feeling like you need to go then I would. tmi but also i felt like I had to poop rlly bad but couldnt. that's another sign I had @jeriah21

yeah they've gotten worse usually i forget to time them ill try to wait to call my doctor but if they just continue ill just have to go in because my nurse told me if they're 10min apart i need to go in but mines are all over the place @caseysmommy
