My friend had previa, she went into labor about 2.5 weeks early but baby was born healthy. They did scare her with the if the placenta fuses with the uterus or there's too much blood loss during birth they would have to give her a hysterectomy BUT thank God that wasn't the case she is Pregnant now! U will be ok she didn't even have to go on bed rest like some have to 😊

What does pelvic rest mean? Just no sex? Were you bleeding at all? I had my anatomy scan today and was told that my placenta was covering my cervix. I had no idea what that meant until I googled it. I have a doctors appointment on Thursday and I'm so afraid of being put on bed rest. I don't know how I would manage. I'm hoping for good news.

@onemoretime, no sex or anything in the vagina, no orgasm ect. I had no idea either! There's different kinds of previa. Sounds like we have the same. The placenta is fully covering the cervix. The RN told me most of the time complete previa will not move or move enough. I had bleeding a few weeks back and cramping not sure if it was related. They told me if there's bleeding probably be put on bed rest. I hope all goes well for both of us!:)

@31knightsfbmommy, absolutely i felt doomed when they told me and i was soo freaked out when os the next time they are going to check to seen if its moved ?

@31knightsfbmommy, I unfortunately will be having a c section on the 24 of this month. My placenta previa complete never moved. 😑 hope everything goes great for you to be able to have a normal delivery. I started bleeding at 17 weeks and had another ultrasound at 28 weeks and it didn't move at all. Was put on bed rest.

@faithfulness88, I hope all goes well for you and your baby with your c-section. That would be really hard being on bed rest . Your almost there. Thank u for sharing. I'll let everyone know how the 28 week us goes.

@faithfulness88, Thank you. Yes almost there. I am so ready it's been so much w my pregnancy that sometimes I feel so depress. But we got this everything will be ok.
