If u are trying to have a VBAC then your body has to do it naturally..... they can't help you.

@caseclosed2015, I know....i think my body is trying but I'm in so much pain

Sit in a warm bath for a while.... it'll help and when you get out u could get on your hands and knees for a bit to relieve some of the pressure.

@caseclosed2015, ill try it...if you read my other post about my er visit today I know my body is trying...I'm just trying to deal with the pressure

even with a vbac they can still induce you. break water, foley cath to help dilate. you are getting there hun. hope it goes a little faster
