Is it possible to get a positive through blood test before your missed period?

I tested at home 3 days before my expected period and I got the faint pink line. So it's possible since a blood test is supposed to more accurate

@mrz.love, I've noticed my nipple are sesitive now. tired alot more. that's it so far. and a huge appetite. @chichimango it's suppose to be so hopefully I can get a positive before my missed period
