Definitely not from her clothes or soap, she's 4 weeks old and everything has been the same except her feeding being that I just started introducing her to formula. I don't think the formula caused it but I won't know how to treat it until I know what it is and her doctor didn't seem concerned. Maybe I need a second opinion because it's not bothering her but it is beginning to spread to her arms and sides @babiio1

i think its Erythema toxicum

A rash of small yellow or white bumps surrounded by red skin. Can appear anywhere on the body. Disappears on its own in about two weeks. Common in newborns, usually showing up two to five days after birth.

@preggimama, You are right. After doing a little research I see that it's just newborn acne and will go away on it's own. Thanks for the link 😊
