What do you ladies take for a cold during pregnancy? My stepson was here this weekend and brought germs from his mama and her boyfriend....they have been diagnosed with step throat...now my daughter and husband have sore throats, a cough and sneezing...I don't want it!

My dr didn't recommend anything besides orange juice , vitamin c supplement , orange juice , tea and lots of rest and I personally prefer not to take meds but I got better . I got a humidifier and also I rub down with Vicks vapor rub and wrap up so the heat penetrates

For sore throat I gargle with warm salt water as warm as you can tolerate it ! It helps bring up the cold
