I stayed from Thursday when I was admitted had her Friday and we left Sunday. Vaginal delivery and had stitches. idk if that has anything to do with it. but just saying!
I had a c section and was there after delivery for 3 day I went in on Friday night/Saturday morning I can't remember which and left Wednesday after noon had her Sunday morning 32 hours of labor though
i went in on thursday at 2pm for my 39wk checkup and they sent me to labor and delivery by 6pm but delivered friday at 137am , didnt leave until the following tuesday around noon

1 to 2 days for vaginal delivery. 3 days for csection typically

I had my daughter at 4:04 on a Wednesday and Thursday at lunch time I went home with my baby

I think with my daughter it was 2 days i always like to at least stay for 24 hrs to make sure nothing changes in my or baby's health. @caseysmommy

If you have to have antibiotics while you're in labor for strep b then they keep you for 48 hours.
