Yea you can call housing authority and they will make them clean and paint or help you get money back so you can get a different place

I worked in property management and that is supposed to be done before you move in so that you and the manager can do a walk thru to record anything wrong before hand so that upon move out, you can get your deposit back. I wouldn't clean a thing.

so how is the deposit being charged if they dont have a standard they want of cleanliness...take pics of how they give it to you.

oh yeah i didnt think bout that....its suppose to not be that dirty...i thought u meant dusty..needs to remove wall stains ect. not plain oh nasty old tenants.

you can complain and the people have to clean it, it's line how they expect you tooclean it when you move out
