The hospital will provide pads. Pack small thing of shampoo,conditioner,body wash. Comfy pjs. Tooth brush/paste. A comfy pillow with pillow case from home and a warm blanket (to feel more at home) phone charger and phone.

Also big panties you don't mind messing up

i bought dermaplast numbing/pain relieving spray (at my dr's suggestion), and tucks pads
