i went into my moms room an the first thing she said was " you already 1cm if i am not home an you go into labor or your water breaks call 911 first then call me an me an your step mom will take off of work an be on our way." yall i just pray it happens in the middle of the night so i wont have to call 911.

How far is the hospital? If you're in labor and your contractions are still a good amount apart you can let her know before it gets too close and you won't have to call 911. Idk how it works exactly if your water breaks lol

my mom's job is 20min away an on our main streets is a lot of traffic its why she said to call 911 they'll get me there faster, an i cant remember why they say if your water breaks you need to go immediately but you would wanna go. @2novbabies

I'd probably let her know at like 10-15 min apart so she has time to get to you cause you don't need to go in unless it's 5 min apart for an hour and yeah if water breaks I assume you go right away lol

no my doctor told me not to go intell i have contractions 5min apart for 2 hour because they can start off strong then get irregular or farther apart ima just call 911 they'll get me there fast.
