Question 🚨 if someone knows anything please answer 😢
So my aunt has schizophrenia because of heavy meth use, she hears voices a lot, shes on medication but doesnt take it as she should and she keeps going back to the meth...she keeps saying that the voices are her enemies trying to kill her, shes doing really really bad right now, she has lice in her hair, hasnt bathed in days, shes all scratched up and doesnt know what happened, shes urinating on herself, walking around like a homeless person and I am literally scared for her life. She says shes gonna get a gun and kill her sister, and that she keeps hearing people knock on the door but theres nobody there, that shes trying to sleep but the voicrs wont leave her alone. The police cant arrest her cause she appears to be stable because she answers all questions correctly but I personally think they dont wanna deal with her anymore since shes no stranger to jail and I just dont think she needs to be in jail, I think she needs to be locked up in a hospital where she can get the help she needs! Her kids say they cant do anything cause they need to have custody over her and since she appears stable, they cant get custody. My aunt is mentally ill but she keeps using meth and she doesnt want to go to a hospital on her own, is there anything anything at all anybody else can do??

honestly I know an addict well did,and there's nothing anybody really can do to help her the only person that can help her is herself when she's ready or had a wake up call and wants rehab and for the schizophrenia I can't really help with that I don't think any body will do much unless she tries harming herself

I went through a similar experience with my dad (no drugs, he just has mental problems) He is bipolar manic, schizophrenic and hallucinates. it took him physically attacking my mother, more than once to get him out somewhere. he was gone 2 weeks and they said they couldn't help him and sent him home and now we don't know what to do with him

@mrsmoore thats the same thing her daughter said, that theyre done trying to help her and shes on her own, my heart feels so damn sad I have this knot in my throat Im so worried for her scared for her, I think youre right maybe it is time to just let her do her own thing

@alauraandabdielsmom its sad that they wont do anything at all 😢 I feel so damn sad I havent stopped crying since yesterday, and her kids ugh her oldest lives in las vegas he moved just 3 months ago so he says he cant do anything from over there, ohhh but he just got back from China 6 weeks ago? Thats your mother out there, and yesterday when I talked to my aunt she kept crying saying her kids dont love her... I told my cousins and they dont seem to even fucking care. I love her I wanna help but I have kids I cant bring her to my house I cant do that 😢😢😢

@alicia91, I know, I know how bad that hurts. I can't do much anymore because of Alaura, he can't even know where we live because he's threatened her.. we know he can't help it because he's sick but I can't let that around my baby... and it's my father... I mean, what do you do?? 😔

I love her with all all of my heart man and it fucking hurts to know that my aunt the one I knew is gone she is gone and shes killing herself and everyone is exhausted and tired of helping her and I do I really do understand but man it hurts so so so bad 😢
