I'm following something called Trim Healthy Mama (its on Facebook, check it out!) and there is a drink called Good Girl Moonshine. It's like water, Apple Cider Vinegar, ginger and some other ingredients but if you make it where you like it, its supposed to seriously help with swelling. Many moms are swearing by it.

I'm scared to take anything lol

lol no problem. luckily my swelling comes and goes and is no where near as bad as yours, otherwise I'm sure I'd be chugging the stuff lol

it's went down yesterday and this morning bam came back aghhh.

mine really only happens at night, like right when I get out of bed I notice. my rings are usually very loose on my fingers but I can tell when they're tighter. The other night was weird though because my joints on my hands were swollen. that hadn't happen before or since.
