Every time i sneeze i get a weird, sharp cramping pain in the area where my ovaries are. It usually starts on one side and spreads to the other, and today i sneezed and it was really sharp and really painful from my left side all the way to my right. I'm not sure what this could be, I'm only 13 weeks 😕

Normal it would happen to me a lot to its just your uterus and muscle ligaments are stretching so sneezes hurt sometimes nothing to be worried about I'm 14 weeks now and I don't feel it as much when I sneeze kinda hurts a little but not as bad as before

its normal! just your muscles pulling trying to get use to the baby in there:)

now at 27 weeks, i feel it way worst! and ill end up peeing a little haha. just depends on how the baby is positioned throughout the pregnancy:) glad to help!

Totally normal! It happened to me a ton, sometimes would put me in tears if I wasn't prepared for it. Just try to support your belly if you feel a sneeze or cough coming.

@marileab, i definitely will try to support my belly now, it happens when i sneeze but not every time. Thats why i was so shocked that it was so sharp and painful! Thanks!
