Take it out as soon as you feel there's too much pressure on it. It'll happen around 6months depending on your growth. What I do is just stick the belly ring in there every couple days so the hole doesn't close. Don't wait too long to take it out like I did. I have this bruise looking thing around the top hole that hasn't faded. Also, don't invest in a pregnancy navel ring. Those things are cheap and will break easily

I had a belly ring made for pregnancy . and I didn't have to take it out until I was give birth to my baby girl.

I kept mine in my entire pregnancy.
