question! when you ladies say I was in labor for so and so hours.... do you count early labor or…

I count from the time contractions started that I remember, until I gave birth. So 17 hours total. But I unknowingly slept through early labor, so I've never counted that because I don't really know when that started.

I counted from the time.my water broke until I delivered him so mines was 14 hours in total

I was induced and had my water broken for me. I count from when contractions started until the last push. 17 hours.

if people count when their water breaks then its was like half an hour or less but if i count it from when i felt a little contractions to when she was out it was like 9 hours

i count from the time im in hospital. i only go there if im induced ...at that time i start..or if im laboring i start when i get there.
