I don't want a HUGE hospital bag so ... What is NECESSARY?

A goin home outfit for baby, car seat, and charger. Everything else they provide.

I wouldn't even worry about comfy cloths for you while you're there because believe me you bleed a lot.

Do not bring: diapers, wipes, clothes (except for going home outfit), pacifier, bottles, formula (if you're formula feeding).

Must needs: comfy clothes for yourself to change into so you're not in your gown the whole time, travel sized shampoo/conditioner/deodorant/lotion, camera, charger for phone. @nicole_jude

Chapstick. Don't forget the Chapstick.

I didn't bleed that bad except for the first 12 hours after birth, and the pads and underwear they have you wear are big enough.

All I'm putting is a pair of slippers(cause here itll be too cold for flip flops), a pajama nightgown that is for nursing, toothbrush, toothpaste and body wash. I'm hoping I have my hair straightened for I don't need to wash it until I get home, but it worse comes to worse I'll just use their stuff. Oh and my makeup bag. All baby stuff is in her diaper bag, just a coming home out(newborn and 0-3), a few onesies and a blanket.

Yeah just something to come home in for you as well comfy. Cause ur diaper**lol will be on and you'll be bleeding like ^ said.

Im on my 3rd baby and I just packed two outfits, blanket, brush and hygiene products. For the baby just his going home outfit. I leave the bag empty for all the free diapers and stuff they give you;)
