If they are strong where you have to breath through them for about 30 seconds and it consistently happens. Then it's definitely contractions.

if they get to where you can't stand you need to go in!

@mrugg, @momof1and1ontheway @february2016 thank you ladies but my body is so used to pain especially in that area my contractions feel like cramping so i dont know if im having them or not.

I'd go to be on the safe side lol

@february2016, i did go end ended up going by myself and found out i was having them thats how i found out my body dont hurt as bad as other woman. lol.

@february2016, i was talking to the nurse today about it and she said that there is no proof the epedural is wat causes the problems because a lot of woman who dont get it complain about back probpems as well.
