does anyone know how to get out of lease when you only have 2 months left? do you still have to pay for the 2 months or do you pay half. we are moving in with family because it's getting hard for me to go up and down 3 flights of stairs everyday. plus no one is here to watch me or help if something happens.

Most places will only let you out without paying if you can find a person to sublease

Should ask whoever your rent from. Some will let you out of the contract. But some can be dicks.

Depending on how much notice you have to give in your lease contract... Like if it's 30 days you can give the notice but have to stay for a month and pay the $200 early termination fee or something like that but if you have a 60 day requirement they may charge you for the remaining months of the lease.. Usually when you give notice they are ok about it
