37 weeks today, I was so excited about this day, because it's is considered as a full term pregnancy. And now I got email from babyBump that 39 weeks is full term.. :(

@littlemiracles, well, my app says its full term already.. Confusing. My doctor also told me that 37+1day is a full term and baby fully developed

my Dr told me that's just with twins and that it was recently changed it but who know I've heard 37, 38, and 39 weeks

some doctors/states go by different full term weeks. my doctor says 39 weeks because then their lungs/brain are more developed.

My doctor told me that 36 weeks is the "safe zone". The last 4 weeks of pregnancy is mainly the baby just gaining weight. Everything is already developed. Usually they will try to stop your labor before 36. 37 weeks is the mark you want to hit, though, to be sure. Anything after that is safe zone, too. :)
