had a weird movement today. felt as if baby blew fluid at my stomach. felt like a tap running from the inside lol. anyone felt things like this before?

I'm 14 weeks and a ftm? Has anyone felt the baby move this early? I swear I just felt a tugging pressure right under my belly button and it felt like rolling almost?
