I'm feeling really sick. coughing runny nose eyes watering. and now feels like I'm gonna puke. should I just wait it out and see if I start feeling better or go to the doctors?? I been like this since last night.

I took an OTC cold med that the Dr said was Ok. Claratin. Felt better the next day.
