so pissed my bank card was lost over two weeks ago I called to get a new one sent. they never freaking ordered it. Then couldn't figure out why two of my bills never got taken out of my account, called them they said I never gave them my freaking bank account info and I called them the same day I called about my damn card. So irritated right now. these damn ppl are going to make this mama gtfo
