Where ever the baby is gonna sleep set up pack, car seats installed i would suggest having young baby equipment set up bottles clean the bump has a good list of things needed and what you need the first couple weeks i would suggest stock up on pads and witch hazel its a life saver

What about setting up a pediatrician or anything like that? Cuz he will have an appointment a week after he's born right?

Yes you can set up a pediatrician and reregister at your delivering hospital most suggest around 3-4 weeks before due date
