Has anyone had to help their baby poop? I have already talked to my daughters dr and they just said she seems like she has a lot of gas that could be making it hard to poop. They gave me some ideas of things to try but I'm just wondering how long this will last. She will be a month old on Tuesday

My baby girl is now 18 days young 🥰....
She’s been having really frequent stools yesterday and today. Like when she farts she pops a little bit.... or when she cries she poops a little bit ..... and because of her frequent pooping she got a bad rash on her butt. I’m worried she might have diarrhea. She doesn’t seem fuzzy.... her body temperature is Normal........ just that her stools have been a lot more frequent , like I mean a lot.
Has anybody had the same experience ?
baby is screaming like she is in pain fed her changed her n burped her.. she needed help with her poop she gas been constipated but she got some poop out and is still crying.. any ideas??? pls help
