Any of you ladies use an app to track breastfeeding times? My sis suggested I have an alarm set to go off every 2 hours, even at night, to breastfeed but I don't wanna just create a bunch of alarms on my phone and I don't think I can set one alarm to go off that often. So I considered downloading an app that would do the alarm part for me but I don't know which one to go with. I only have 4 days left so I am trying to prepare for everything but it is a little stressful.

I think Medela has a breastfeeding companion app. But I've been reading to look for feeding cues from your baby.... Smacking of the lips, rapid eye movement, and the last resort would be the baby crying. I hope this helps.

I mean more like the night time thing. And I wanna try to be more of a structured breastfeeder rather than on demand because it is easier to manage. That does help a bit though.

What about a timer on your phone? Not alarms but set the timer to go off after each feeding for the next time 2 hrs later or however long! I use it for naps!

no problem! it also keeps track of wet diapers and naps. and each has a timer that can go off if too much time has passed
