Any other moms on here who have had a c section wake up the day after surgery with WAYYY more stretch marks then they went in with?

you likely couldn't see them before. i know i have a bunch i couldn't see while pregnant even though i delivered vaginally

I didn't see any stretch marks on my tummy while pregnant, my midwife even mentioned I had a pretty complexion and no stretch marks, after I gave birth via vaginally now I have a bunch in the front! I don't believe it has anything to do with having a c section. What sucks is I even kept using a lotion I had bought specifically for stretch marks and indeed that failed. Grr!
