any preggies had their dr attempt ECV (external cephalic version) to flip a breeched baby? My dr wants to try it at my 36 week appt because of how breeched she really is and the low likelihood of her being able to flip on her own.

@junesmommy15, it really does! plus it can cause fetal distress and lead to emergency c section... I'm pretty nervous about it.

@levleah How do they know baby is breeched? Did they do an ultrasound. My doctor thought my baby was sideways when he felt to measure baby. He was wrong though.

she felt her and thought she was so she sent me for an ultrasound and yes footling breech... basically standing straight up 😫
