1 cm dilated at 33 weeks and 1 day with my cervix thickness measuring in the 2 cm range.. Lower abdominal cramps every 2-4 minutes with no more than 10 minutes between and constant lower back pain. 😖 I've had the cramping for 2.5 weeks and woke up this morning feeling so sore from it.. #ftm

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.

any other mommies, get lower abdominal cramps at 19 weeks? I'm assuming, its the uterus stretching.

baby_2016 Yess i get up at 3-7am just to pee. i wish i could hold it in sometimes,
