I go through that all the time. I have my fiancee watch the baby grab my phone, headphones, and pack a bowl go out to my porch find a good song for my mood turn it up all the way out my headphones in and smoke the bowl and close my eyes and listen to the music until I can see another way to tackle the situation that has me feeling that way.
my boyfriend is never here. he is either at work or giving people rides or at the gym. and even when he is here he doesnt listen to me or help me take care of the baby. i am just so overwhelmed i dont know what to do. im just sitting here crying....i get no help. and it doesnt help that i am stuck watching his nephew when i told him i want to stop and he doesnt listen and hes mean to my baby and i just cant handle it all. @wyatts_mommy_0106
Do you have family? I often go to my parents house and drink a glass of wine and hot shower well they watch Max. I get it together for the week to come lol
my finacee was like that too it took him going to jail to start helping me. tell his nephews mom and dad u can no longer watch him and start doing things with and for you and the baby. don't include him just you and baby girl and stop doing things for him like his laundry, picking up his messes,cooking him dinner he will eventually ask u why you stopped doing things for him and has no choice but to listen to how he makes you feel. also start looking for a part time job so you can start saving up money so if he doesn't change you and baby are set to do things on your own. you deserve better than what he is treating you.

No I understand, maybe try to fit some "me" time in when you put her down for a nap even if its for a bit you know? Take that time as a breather or maybe go on a walk with her, majority of the time Max falls asleep and I clear my head that way
Try putting your shirt by her so she smells you by her but your not there, it helped me. Sometimes I put Barney on and keep Max in his swing so I can shower and clean. Dont give up mama, try to be creative so you cant breathe (: you got this!

she doesn't let me put her down to no. she wakes up crying and freaking out. 😭😭 I get no me time at all. @des_a_rayy
