Has anyone ever had contractions so strong they were so dizzy and had a headache during them?

@bradsmom711, don't worry you'll do great. Just keep in contact with your doctor if anything worries you. This is an exciting moment!

Stay hydrated and go to the bathroom every two hours or less. Id get dizzy because i was thirsty or I wasn't moving enough

Try to time them as soon as it starts. I would say if they are 3-5 mins apart go to l&d and of course if your water breaks go. But it sounds like labor

It is a come and go maybe every 5-10 min. I also get to timing them late. Yes, when I lay on my back its rock hard during the pains. @shortizzie

Is it a constant pain or does it come and go? Also lay flat on your back and see if your belly is harder than normal during the pain
