absolutely. it gives you both a safe place to express your feelings and an intermediary to help use i feel language instead of accusatory language. it helped us leaps and bounds.

it works if you make it work.

it helped my sister in law and her husband.

I wish my husband and I could go but his work doesn't give any room for appointments. If he had more time I am sure he would do it. I think it would be worth it to go.
