And don't be shy to ask for all the pain killers U can get if U have pain. They keep giving it so that U stay comfortable
Do not stress at all! It'll affect Ur labor. There's nothing to stress about at all. You'll be in good hands and you're going to meet your bestest friend! :) if you chose inova on gallows road... You're in even better hands! They took such good care of me. I was induced in an emergency and had a 38 hr labor but all natural . Tell Ur doc that's Ur goal if U want to avoid surgery.. If everything is fine with Ur baby, just be patient and U can do it ! :)) good luckkkkk
I would say that if anything goes wrong they'll do a c section and get the baby out as safely as possible. so don't stress too much, but the stuff they give you to kick start contractions sucks. I didn't get induced but they still gave me stuff to help contractions get stronger because my labor was taking forever. and those contraction hurt so bad, I was being a bitch to everyone, and tearing up.
Yes pain killers are a life savor, they will help you sleep through the pain too if you're lucky like me and are in labor in the middle of the night
