It's normal! Their eye muscles are not strong enough to focus yet. They can't even see anything well yet unless it's about a foot away. Don't worry unless it continues months from now.

Well not long. When she stars for a little bit it happens . But when she's looking around and just being normal she's fine

I would also consult with a Dr. does it happen for more than a few seconds?

My son is a preemie and he is 5 weeks old and does this. I would ask her doctor.
