girl, my BF was the same way! it drove my crazy but guess what - they come around and sooner or later he's gonna love having a baby girl and a little princess to call his own :)π

My husband was really set on a boy too, and he's a sweet guy. We actually are having a boy but he was honest and said he would be a little disappointed at first but wouldn't care once he saw her and held her for the first time if it was a girl... It's odd, but I think he's afraid of not being able to relate..

@Mariedior, honestly a couple of weeks.. it took time for it to set in hehe. but honestly if he doesn't come around throughout your pregnancy, he will melt once he sees his daughters face ((: don't worry xoxo

my husband wanted a boy because all he had were nephews and didn't know anything about girls...the tech said we are having a girl and the look of panic on his face was priceless...but he came around within a couple days...I had to tell him that he will be fine so instead of playing superhero he might have a tea party...unless she wants to be a superhero lol. she is now 7 months old and she is his world...definitely a Daddy's girl.
