it's a salvadorian appetite @mariahs_mama inside the handmade tortilla there is pork and cheese! ! but u can mix it up and put other stuff

@blue_87, 😅😅 in my first & 2nd trimester when ever i would eat pupusas i would through them up i thought i would never eat them again but NOW im back to eating pupusas 😗
