called my triage nurse not sure if i spelled it right but she said if i get 5 braxton hicks an a hour then to go could be a sign of preterm labor im at 3-4 an hour . an my mom is saying i shouldnt worry inless im getting them evey 5 minutes so im just keeping track of them.

try drinking water and lay on your left side...if they are braxton hicks they will slowly go away...if you call the hospital always talk to someone in labor and delivery. for this your mom seems right...

ive did it all last night tell this morning then lay'd back down for 2 hours an done the same thing an there still coming @pooh2197

then call labor and delivery...they are the most up to date on this...make sure you are drinking water. ..being dehydrated can bring in labor i had s ton of issues with my last pregnancy @braylinsmommy
