I just cussed out the insurance lady and I feel kinda bad.... But not really cause I've called them 6 times today and been repeatedly hung up on or told "oh someone will get back to you" and no one called me back until I called five hours later. Listen woman, my car is probably totaled based on undercarriage damage, not to mention I can't even open my passenger side door and my side view mirror is screwed! I'm almost 8 months pregnant, your guy got a ticket for causing a collision, and you wanna tell me YOURE NOT GONNA PAY FOR ANYTHING UNTIL THE DISPUTE IS SETTLED BECAUSE HE WANTS TO SAY HE DIDNT DO IT?! And you "don't know how long that will take." I've been hooked to hospital monitors all day monitoring my kid and I have two more kids I'll be taking care of this weekend. I can't deal with people right now. One seriously pissed off mama bear 😡

i would have cussed them out too.. if they wanna act like that be like fine ill let my lawyer deal with you and see how much you like me then cause we will be coming after more then just the care believe me..

I was just seriously on the phone with my insurance trying to add my husband. I wanted to do it over the phone and he kept telling me I can't. Even though I just added myself over the phone. He was pissing me off and I told him to stop arguing with me, and that it's never a good idea to agrue with a 9 month pregnant women over the phone! I told him to transfer me to someone else and they got the job done right away... so annoying!!
