I've made that decision as well. I'm not planning to announce my pregnancy on any other social media site but this one. I told everyone I care to tell. everyone else is irrelevant.

I didn't announce or post any photos of my daughter until after I left the hospital and only had 2 visitors. I wanted that time at the hospital to bond with my baby without any distractions and I wanted to be the one to post the first photos of my baby.

People do weird things with kids photos so I may never post mine. I don't use my Facebook anyway, so it won't be hard for me not to post.
