How can you tell if a profiles fake?? Everyone keeps posting about them but I swear I never see any 😐 am I just stupid?

Also you're not stupid.The weird ones usually latch on to one topic--miscarriage, pregnancy tests, or early symptoms. One girl said she felt her baby at 7 weeks!

They post weird things sometimes they inbox you asking weird questions or wanting pictures
All the ones I've spotted were blatant. Like, they'd ask or do stuff NO normal woman does. And they're usually the ones to post up 10000000 pregnancy tests or ultrasounds from Google.
