Are hot dogs & lunch meat really a big No No ??

I ate lunch meat. its just potentially bad

They say it is but my doc said its fine as long as I warm them

Warm them up they are okay like that not cold or out the pack

I ate cold lunch meat al lithe time

I warm mine in the microwave till its steaming
