Is there anything I can do myself to help my son turn so I don't have to get a c section

There are different positions you can get into, but you'd have to google them bcs I don't remember. Someone told me once putting a heating pad on ur right side and an ice pack on your left makes baby turn towards the heat, but I never tried it.
