@mommi1315 if you are already having a c-section I highly recommend having it done then. It also depends on what hospital you use because any Catholic hospital won't do that surgery. Just ask lots of questions to make sure your comfortable

They did right after my c-section while I was still on the table so I was recovering from both and to be honest I totally forgot I had one!

I did after this last one. My Doctor made sure I knew everything I needed to know about what the expect and to make sure I was really ready. But I am done and I know I am. I love not having to worry about birth control and whether I am pregnant or not. Birth control hasn't worked with me and seems to not work well for the women in my family. My mother has been pregnant 10 times all while on birth control and has had 7 children. I got pregnant with both of mine while on birth control. It's really up to you and your spouse.
