@valerie_jean, @princessvictoria you guys were right. I only had one big cramp and that was it. glad I had a good experience :)

you'll be fine it feels like 3 strong cramps when there putting it in ..just drink ibuprofen before or right after ull probably cramp for a little while but it's worth it ...

And it's only once every 5 years lol!

Don't be! It's very uncomfortable but quick.
