I'm so ready for maternity leave, I hate having to wear PANTS and I refuse to get anymore scrub bottoms for my big belly. I'm thinking of taking maternity leave a week early.....hmmmm

called hr at my job to find out about paid maternity leave. they basically told me I'm ineligible for a paid leave (short term disability) but that I can do a "job protection" leave that's unpaid and I have to use my vacation hours. this is exactly why I will not be returning to taco bell after I have this baby! been working there for almost 3 years, been a manager for almost a year, and I have to use vacation hours for maternity leave!?
what does one do while on maternity leave before the baby is actually here....lol I started today and I'm already pretty bored.... 😁
