I went up about a cup during pregnancy and they went up another cup after delivery due to breastfeeding 😂 so it depends on your body and whether or not you plan on breastfeeding :)

Yep after I weaned my boys total deflate gate. I go up two or three sizes every time it's so sad when they deflate 😞
