honey you need to take it easy on yourself...maybe go to bed earlier? I know what you mean about hard to sleep, but headaches that continue for a long time are on one of my papers I got from a center as a red flag!

@tahtahme, iknow I just seen them 2 day.. but I think it's from waking up early n breaking my sleep

That's not good...drink lots of water then call your Dr if it continues.
