Chicken is not clean until you soak it in vinegar , you can see how nasty the water is . My grandma taught me this first. A lot of people don't know @kmo

It's vinegar and some water . I rinse with water first then place it in a bowl with vinegar and water and you can seriously see the difference . No problem @jennzbakesalot
