is it good to get the flu shot while pregnant??? does it benafit baby??

I didn't get it and my baby is fine. it benefits you directly. if you keep yourself healthy then you don't need it

My ob suggested I get the flu shot she said since newborns can't receive the flu shot the best is for u to get while pregnant to protect your baby

im gonna ask my doctor so if it does protect the baby i can schedual an app.

My Dr wants me to get one my next visit and I've never had one in my life. I'm still iffy as to if I'll get it or not.

me an my siblings and my mom an step mom get them an ive never been sick ive always just got seasonal allergies but i have a doctors app on monday i asked my mom if she got it while she was pregnant she told me to ask my doctor @kansasstategirl but hopefully someone comments saying they got it an there baby came out fine cause it would be niice to get it especially because he's do in winter.

I got mine and the tdap! They don't give you the live virus so it's safer and will be baby's first barrier against the flu. I personally don't want to be sick with an infant or have a sick infant so I did it!! It was easy enough!!

@braylinsmommy, I am still pregnant!!! 😩😩😩 but as a side note, my hubby didn't get the shot and got the flu haha it kinda made me laugh...

i got them both as well when i was pregnant. so did my boyfriend. my baby is almost 10 months healthy as can be.
